Established on 25 July 2012, IGB REIT is a Malaysia-domiciled real estate investment trust. Listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa) on 21 September 2012, it owns income producing real estate that is used for retail purposes in Malaysia and overseas. IGB REIT’s portfolio includes Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens Mall in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, and The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey in Johor Bahru.

IGB REIT’s investment objective is to provide unitholders with regular and stable distributions, a sustainable long term unit price, and growth in distributable income and capital, while maintaining an appropriate capital structure.
